Kari, Olivia and Jenny did a phenomenal job during the search and purchase of our new home in the Shreveport, Bossier City, Haughton & Benton area. We live out of state so Kari did a walkthrough of new homes that we were interested in and did videos and put them on YouTube so that we could see each house in detail. Even while sitting on a beach vacation in St Lucia, we could look at the the videos she did and we could discuss the various pros and cons of each house. Pictures on line are a great way to narrow down the home search, but the videos Kari did added a whole new level to visualizing the layout and floorplan of each house. This really helped in the decision of which houses we actually wanted to go see in person. Kari and Olivia stayed in constant communication with us during the entire home purchasing process. Either text, email or phone call, they were always reachable and quick to respond to our questions. They helped us navigate all the unknowns from buying a house while we were out of state. Their suggestions and guidance were so valuable. Jenny met us during the final walkthrough of the house and ensured that everything that was identified during the home inspection was taken care of or coordinated with the builder. The entire team worked together to make our home purchase come true. I will definitely be using them again if I need to sell or buy another house.

Jenny is a very knowledgeable agent as well as very personable. She handled getting the repairs done that were needed to sell my house. She knew exactly how much to list the house for. My listing went live on a Friday night and we had an offer on Monday. Jenny and her assistant Olivia worked with me throughout the long process!! I probably tested their patience but you would never know it. If you need to sell a house you definitely want Jenny for your agent!!! And Olivia keeping you updated on everything from repairs and paperwork.
